Dos or Die Recordings was founded in March 1994 by [[artist:Uwe Papenroth]] and [[artist:Andreas Schneider]]. Originally a division of [[label:Pyramide GmbH]] and distributed by [[label:MMS Euro GmbH]]. Connected to [[label:Dos Or Die Recordings GmbH]] From July 1996 onwards the label went international through a distribution deal with Sony Music Entertainment in Germany. Artists would appear on Dos Or Die / Epic in Germany and on Dance Pool in the rest of the world. The company went bankrupt in 2003, but the label brand has been revived by the new company [[label:Unlimited Sounds]]. Distributed via [[label:Q-Vertriebs GmbH]].
