Record Label
The Munich-based electronic music label [[label:1782804]] was founded in 1991 by [[artist:Peter Wacha]] aka [[artist:Upstart]] as a "dance-department" of his independent label [[label:Sub-Up-Records]]. After the fifth release the label was renamed to [[label:148]]. [[label:1782804]] and [[label:148]] were distributed via [[label:EFA]].
