UK 80s New Wave label founded by [[artist:755945]], [[artist:Elvis Costello]] and [[artist:Andrew Lauder]] in 1980. On the 6th July 1998 [[label:48002]] - the company behind the label was acquired by [[label:314994]], and the record label was merged with its Westside Records operation. The label now forms part of the Demon Music Group Ltd.
