Growing out of the club of the same name in Bristol, Cup Of Tea Records released tracks of slo-mo beat excursions and weirdelic sound collages between 1995 and 1999. The label, founded by Pip Diaz, started with the release of [[release:86316]], remixed by [[artist:2774]]. Cup of Tea also provided Bristol with club DJ's and bands, putting on everything from jungle to hip hop, from jazz-funk to dub.
