1990s-2000s experimental label from Chicago, Illinois. Founded by [[artist:Brent Gutzeit]] and Bill Groot in the late 90s. BOXmedia explores improvised and experimental/noise music, with a focus on small editions and original packaging artwork. Gutzeit was also running [[label:BGA]] (2002-2006) label for limited editions of his own works. BOXmedia ceased activities in 2004, and two years later Brent started a new label called [[label:Trust Lost]].
