Now defunct EBM/Industrial label founded in 1991 in California. In June, 1999, Metropolis acquired the rights to all the Covenant releases on the label (and subsequently reissued them), and distributed the remaining inventory of the rest of the releases (most, if not all are now out of print). There appear to be no plans to reissue these old releases.
