American house producer, born 6 January 1964 in Chicago.

Together with his father [[artist:Nemiah Mitchell, Jr.]] Vince put out some of the first house records on [[label:Mitchbal Records]]. He then assisted [[artist:Larry Sherman]] in setting up [[label:Precision Records (5)]] before going on to assist in setting up, naming, as well as designing the famous 'Trax' logo for [[label:Trax Records]].
