About The Invincible Spirit
German Electro Wave project operating under that name from 1987.
When Lüdke left [[artist:131162]] in 1986, he quickly formed his solo project [[artist:13708]]. In 1986, the first release "Push!", which became a big club hit, appeared under this name. In 1987, he renamed this project to "The Invincible Spirit", still as a one-man project. 1987 issues of "Push!" were released under this new name.
In 1987, the first album was released, followed up by three more albums until 1992. The project then went on a hiatus until 2000, when a new EP was released. This second wave ended in 2004. After some years, in 2012, the project reappeared. Despite Lüdke considers the project as "One man band", he is accompanied by his wife Anja Vorel (as "Anja V.") on keyboards as steady member.
