Moses Michael Levi Barrow (born Jamal Michael Barrow; November 8, 1978), better known by his political title Hon. Dr. Shyne Barrow or his stage name Shyne, is a Belizean politician & rapper.

Currently Hon. Dr. Shyne Barrow is the Leader of the Opposition for the United Democratic Party, in his home country of Belize.
