About Roachford
British funk-rock-soul band
Formed by Andrew Roachford in 1987. Line up comprised: [[artist:Andrew Roachford]] (vocals, keyboards, percussion), [[artist:Chris Taylor]] (drums), [[artist:Hawi Gondwe]] (guitars) and [[artist:Derrick Taylor]] (bass). By 1988 they were touring with [[artist:Terence Trent D'Arby]] and [[artist:The Christians]] and soon signed a 7-album recording contract with [[label:Columbia]].
