Give It Up was originally co-written and produced by [[artist:Lil' Louis]] in late 1994/early 1995, before [m=128952], but was unreleased until 2000 when [[label:BPM King Street Sounds]] issued new remixes produced by [[artist:Masters At Work]] and [[artist:Albert Cabrera]].

The lead vocalist on the record is [[artist:Stephanie Allen]].
