Philippe Quenum is one half of tech-house production outfit Access 58 with Paulo Nascimento, a member of Jaam and cofounder of Mutant Soul Records.

Born in France, DJing since the early 80's throughout Europe and holding residencies in Swiss clubs and national radio station Couleur 3 as well as working for the Montreux Jazz Festival, Quenum moved to the U.K. in the early 90's and produced from there. His musical interests include afro-caribbean music, soul, funk, hip-hop, house and techno.
