Pathaan gave up a respectable career working for an airline to pursue his growing interest in DJ'ing and music. In 1997 Pathaan set up the label [[label:Stoned Asia]]. He has also evolved his own musical incarnation together with Italian producer [[artist:Gaudi]] as [[artist:Orchestral World Groove]], as well as producing and remixing himself.

Pathaan is the the founder and owner of Globetronica as well as the current label manager of [[label:LSD - Liquid Sound Design]] & [[label:Dragonfly Records]].
