About Nygel Reiss
Nygel Reiss, a.k.a. Yuri Wesseling, came to life July 26, 1972 in the Netherlands.
At the age of 4 he already began to experiment with music. Influenced by groups like New Order, Depeche Mode, Mantronix, Front 242, The Klinik and A Split Second. He started to work as light- and sound engineer at 16 and bought his first sampler. This job helped him to work his way into a famous Belgian discotheque as a light jockey. Meanwhile he build up his own studio. [[artist:Joyrider]] was born and [[label:Bonzai Records ]] soon produced several hits. Nygel and [[artist:Dj Ghost]] met, with some great projects as result. After [[label:Under Pressure]] he signed up with [[label:Bellboy Records]] and [[label:N.E.W.S. ]]. Among others some of his releases were mixed on compilations by [[artist:DJ Tiësto]], [[artist:Seb Fontaine]] and [[artist:Chris Cowie]]. In 2006 he signed up up with [[label:Ghoststyle]].
