Multi-instrumentalist and producer born in Belgium. Nico Mansy has played keys for the industrial rock outfit [[artist:A Split - Second]] and bass with [[artist:Brian James]] of [the Damned](http://www.discogs.com/artist/Damned%2C+The). Since early nineties he is a collaborator with [[artist:Hugo Race & True Spirit]], the collective formed by former Cave's Bad Seeds [[artist:Hugo Race]].

He joined [[artist:4878]] as a keyboarder in 1990. When the band broke up in 1991, he formed [[artist:300505]] with ex-bandmate [[artist:229361]] and [[artist:402806]]. After the project ended in 1993, he stayed musically connected with Allaeys and both formed [[artist:339084]] in 1994 or 1995. The same year, Mansy left the group, as he emigrated to the United States to form Mansy Music Production in 2001. Besides music, he works also as TV commercials producer.
