Born 1968 in Israel.

Moshe was a DJ, managed two dance clubs in Tel-Aviv (Lem-Light & Turtle House) & hosted a music show on the radio called "Fantasia", where he discovered electronic music.

Then he met DJ [[artist:Eyal Yankovich]] who got him infected with the psychedelic trance virus. Moshe started to make trance music at 1995.

He is also a partner in [[label:HOM-Mega Productions]] and managed label [L=Noya Records].
