Marumari is a duo which began in 1999 as a solo electronic music project by Josh Presseisen, with contributions from his partner Sasha Ellms (now Sasha Presseisen). Sasha became an official member of Marumari in 2001. The music of Marumari is primarily in the IDM/electronica category.
