Martin Price was the owner of Manchester's influential Eastern Bloc record shop and [[label:Creed Records]]. He left 808 State at the peak of their success in late '91, not wanting to undertake an extensive Stateside tour. Soon after he formed the short-lived [[artist:Switzerland]] and later managed Rochdale rappers [[artist:Kaliphz]].
