German Dark Wave/Neo-Classical band, formed in 1990. The band name does not refer to the Fassbinder movie of the same name, but to the B-side of Erasure’s A Little Respect single.

Love Is Colder Than Death split in 2011. In 2012 [[artist:613360]] announced the band's return with a new lineup.

[[artist:1390345]] and [[artist:1088385]] left the band again in 2013. Since then Love Is Colder Than Death consists of Maik Hartung and [[artist:615013]].
