Founder of the alternative art space "Nouveau Mixage" in Caen (1978/1985), creator of les éditions de la C.R.E.M./CREM (Conceptuelle Rapide Et Maximale) publishing in 1987, and of the sound magazine "Fractal Musik" on audio CD, produced by [[label:Station Mir]]. Joël Hubaut lives and works between Normandy and Paris.
