**Fred Balls**, or **F. Balls** (also credited as **[[artist:Fozzie Balls]]** on several releases) was a songwriting and production alias used by Belgian cartoonist, comedian, and musician [[artist:Fred Jannin]] (b. 1956) for his bands and musical projects in the 1980s, most notably [[artist:The Bowling Balls]] and [[artist:Zinno]].
