Flatty's been dj'ing since 96 having been into hardcore dance music scene since he was 16 years old.

Having got bored with increasingly "cheesy" direction of hardcore's route in around 96 he started playing hard house / techno and nu-nrg.

2004 saw his return to the hardcore scene, running a boat party based in Southampton by the name of Depth Charge.

He now releases digital music through his label Depth Charge Recordings championing the new genre "TripField".
