Charlotte Kelly

Charlotte Kelly is a singer-songwriter from London, UK born circa 1976-77 in Coventry, England. She is born blind at birth with no sight at all in her left eye and virtually none in her right eye. She became a member of [[artist:4970]] in 1994. After the group went on hiatus in 1997, she released her debut album *Just Another Girl* (1998), which spawned a number-one US Dance song "Skin". The album was succeeded by the released of her second album *Charlotte* (1999). She also co-wrote "Good Times" for Roll Deep. In 2008, she rejoined Soul II Soul and periodically toured as their lead vocalist.
