Multi-instrumentalist (mainly guitarist, sitarist and bassist) from the Netherlands. He's especially knows as a member of [[artist:The Legendary Pink Dots]], he was a member from 1990 till 1992 when he died of cancer. In 1991 he also started the improvisation trio [[artist:Mimir]] together with [[artist:Edward Ka-Spel]] and Christoph Heeman, but for Bob it sadly didn't take long. He also was a member of Joy (1971-1972), Narrow Escape and Horizon.
