English singer, dancer and actress. Born Leian Paul Piper, her name was legally changed to Billie on 25 April 1983 by her parents.
Appeared from 2005-2006 in series 1 & 2 of the BBC TV show "[[artist:Doctor Who]]", as the character Rose Tyler. Published autobiography entitled Growing Pains (2007).
She played the main character in "Secret Diary Of A Callgirl" which was broadcast on ITV2 from 2007 to 2011 based on the blog and books by the pseudonymous "Belle de Jour"
